Comcast's Abuse and Lies

I am documenting my correspondence with Comcast here for reference.

Sept. 13, 3:42 PM: A Happy Ending

I came home to find Vernon and another technician already there fixing things, and they got it all straightened out.

I told them that even while the Americans with last names were fixing things, the foreigners without last names were still lying to me. They said they know there are customer service problems that way, and they are working on it inside Comcast.

Sept. 16, 1:47 PM: Potential Progress

For the first time, someone from Comcast called me who was willing to tell me his last name.

I think the BBB complaint did it, that has been effective in the past.

However, I still have no specified date & time for a technician to come over.
