Please be advised that I am refusing to pay anything to Comcast until
you repair the damage done by your technician.

In addition, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau,
ID 9725665, about your actions.

If you do not fix the line by Weds., Sept, 18, I will arrange for
DirecTV to fix it, pay them myself, and withhold their fee from my
payment to you.
