ApateDNS 0, INetSim 1

I am working through the Practical Malware Analysis book, and it recommends ApateDNS to redirect DNS resolutions.

But ApateDNS just does not work, not on Windows XP or Windosws 7. NSLOOKUP at the command line sees the new IP, but it doesn't work in a browser:

So I just shut off ApateDNS and set my DNS server to Kali running INetSim instead, and that works fine.
