thc-ipv6-2.1 on Kali Linux

thc-ipv6-2.1 won't compile on Kali Linux.

You need to install these dependencies first:

apt-get install libpcap0.8-dev
apt-get install libssl-dev

Now you can run make to compile the thc-ipv6-2.1 tools.
