I published an article condemning an apparent attack on LIGATT security here:
http://mpictcenter.blogspot.com/2011/02/ethical-hacking-and-ligatt-security.html
It provoked this response:
"@sambowne: Rt @Kalyptonet: @sambowne Put on your big boy pants and grow a pair. <--An unclear message"
Later I posted this article about white hat v. black hat hackers:
I got these responses. For context, please note that Anon just hacked HB Gary yesterday, so their morale is probably very high just now.
"@Peaceful_Anon: @sambowne ohhh Dear Aren't you a member of pro-jester InfoSEXIsland? Are you improving your code or stil bitching How Evil We Are"
"@Peaceful_Anon: @sambowne Trolled LOL"
"@Peaceful_Anon: @sambowne You show your admiration toward the jester here http://bit.ly/geboBV all the members from @InfosecIsland are pro-jester"
"@Peaceful_Anon: @sambowne You are wrong, Akamai Couldnt protect Visa (now hosted in Prolexic Tech) that was taken down with our "dumb easily traceable" LOIC"
"@Peaceful_Anon: @sambowne Im just a "kid" learning from you & watching your videos. The jester doesnt act alone his las attack against wikileaks was 10 Gbps"

This is plagairism. The entire article is pasted from
http://www.fbi.gov/page2/june10/phone_062110.html
Stealing content is morally wrong, and harms people by removing the links. They also don't understand the true credibility of the stolen material.
Shame on you.
Today I got this message from "The Friendly Computer Guy":
Anything published by the U.S. government is public domain. And putting the information out is quite important. I'm more interested in getting the information out to my customers than worrying about what little peabrain idiots like yourself have to say.
The fact that you took this opportunity to spam your web page makes you a bloodsucking maggot. Go fuck yourself.
He also sent this message to abuse@ccsf.edu:
from Davy Lynch <dave@friendlycomputer.ca>
to abuse@ccsf.edu, noc@ccsf.edu
I'm sure your employee has better things to do with his time on a school computer network than reading and posting spam comments in blogs that have nothing to do (I'm sure) with what you are paying him to do.
Please advise your employee to keep his mind on his paid work, and let him know that there are consequences to his actions should I see postings from him on any of my web sites again.
You can't make stuff like this up. If any of those "consequences" appear, I'll add them below. :)
