Expulsion Conditions

The purpose of the security classes at CCSF is to help students gain skills appropriate for honest employment as security professionals, including, but not limited to, careers in law enforcement, the military, or corporations.

Such careers require the ability to treat police officers and other authority figures with respect, and to develop a good reputation.

Students may be expelled from class if I regard them as a danger to themselves or others. Here are some circumstances that may lead to expulsion:

Students with concerns about their own situation, or about other students, are welcome to discuss their concerns with me in private.

Students who are expelled may, in some cases, amend their behavior and apply for re-admission in a future semester. I may require a FBI background check or other documents as a comdition of re-admission.
